Emerging Professional Membership and Mentorship Program
Property management staff withless than five years' experiencein commercial real estate qualify to affiliate as an Emerging Professional member under our reduced dues rate. Applies to commercial property including office buildings, medical buildings, government buildings, industrial warehouses, retail centers and residential buildings greater than 9 floors.
Program Requirements:
- Have less than five years in commercial real estate.
- Participation in the mentor program for both years at the reduced membership rate. This program requires one mentor/mentee session per quarter a year.
- Must attend at least two of the fourEmerging Professional events each year.
- Must attend a majority of the monthly membership luncheons.
- Must join and participate in at least one other committee.
Membership Dues:
- 2026 Dues: $175 EP Year 1, $275 EP Year 2
- Eligible for a maximum of two years.
- All members renew on a calendar year basis regardless of join date.
- Dues invoices for annual renewal are sent via email in Q4 of each year and must be paid by January 31.
- Members may choose to pay dues online with a credit card.
- If a deactivated member desires to reaffiliate, they must reapply for membership, including completing an application form and being sponsored by existing members, in order to be presented to the Board of Directors for approval.
Mentorship Program
Each Emerging Professional is assigned a mentor who is available to share knowledge and provide insight & guidance on career path options. Participation in the mentor/mentee program is required for both years of their reduced membership dues.
