Allied Membership

Allied Membership: 

• Applies to firms who are engaged in a trade, industry or profession allied to the commercial real estate industry (i.e., vendors, suppliers. professional firms). 
• Allied Membership is held by the company, not an individual.
• Every company must have a Principal Representative and can have up to three (3) Additional Representatives. The Principal Representative of an Allied Member has voting rights.

Membership Dues:

• 2026 Dues: $890 Allied Principal, and $690 Allied Associate (limit 3).
• All members renew on a calendar year basis regardless of join date.
• Dues invoices for annual renewal are sent via email in Q4 of each year and must be paid by January 31.
• Members may choose to pay dues online with a credit card.
• If a deactivated member desires to reaffiliate, they must reapply for membership, including completing an application form and being sponsored by existing members, in order to be presented to the Board of Directors for approval.
