Regular Membership

Regular Membership:

• Applies to commercial property including office buildings, medical buildings, government buildings, industrial warehouses, retail centers and residential buildings greater than 9 floors.
• Every Building must have a Principal Representative and have as many additional representatives as desired for an additional dues payment.
• Regular Membership is held by the physical building or the property management company, not an individual.
• All representatives of Regular Members have voting rights.

Membership Dues:

• 2026 Dues: $790 Regular Principal and $590 Regular Associate
• All members renew on a calendar year basis regardless of join date.
• Dues invoices for annual renewal are sent via email in Q4 of each year and must be paid by January 31.
• Members may choose to pay dues online with a credit card.
• If a deactivated member desires to reaffiliate, they must reapply for membership, including completing an application form and being sponsored by existing members, in order to be presented to the Board of Directors for approval.
